Water Aerobics

Water exercise is a full body workout in the pool, combining warm-up, stretching and toning, exercise, cardiovascular endurance, and cool down.  These are great programs for people with arthisitis, back injuries, joint problems, or recovering from surgery.  You do not need to know how to swim to enjoy these classes as it is done in shallow water.  The water exercise class will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30 to 7:30 and on Saturdays from 9:00 to 10:00.  Call the pool for the start date of the class.  The class is $3.00 per session or a “10 Trip” ticket can be purchased for $20.00.  The instructors are Katie Feldmeyer and Ann Titus.
