The Huntingburg Revolving Loan Fund (HRLF) was established to provide financial assistance for local small business development. The purpose of the HRLF is to provide low-interest loans to fill the "financial gap" that usually occurs when a small business is established and does not meet the traditional lending requirements. The HRLF committee oversees the loan program, which is managed by the City of Huntingburg.
