Huntingburg Mayor Denny Spinner was recently a panelist at the Indiana Economic Development Association (IEDA) Summer Conference, which was held on June 18 and 19 in Lawrenceburg, Ind. The topic of the panel discussion was, “Best Practices for Entrepreneurial Growth.” Other panelists included Lynn Coyne, Bloomington Economic Development Corp. and Tim Eckerle, Grant County Economic Growth Council.

“Being before economic development leaders from across the state is a great opportunity to promote what is going on in Huntingburg and Dubois County,” says Mayor Spinner. “The efforts to promote entrepreneurship by many people locally is being recognized across Indiana.”

The Indiana Economic Development Association is a statewide not-for-profit economic development organization that was formed in 1968 to provide continuity to a statewide community development effort.
