Water aerobics is a full-body workout in the pool, combining warm-up, stretching and toning, exercise, cardiovascular endurance, and cool down.  These are great programs for people with arthritis, back injuries, joint problems, or recovering from surgery.  You do not need to know how to swim to enjoy these classes as it is done in shallow water. 

Water aerobics will be held on Mondays and Wednesdays from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. and on Saturdays from 9:00 to 10:00 a.m. beginning Monday, June 6, 2016. The class is $3 per session or a "10 Trip" ticket can be purchased for $20.
