19th Street

  • Mehling Construction will have 19th Street from N Woodland Dr. to S 400 W closed on Monday, October 6, due to a water line installation. Please use alternative routes of travel during this time. 

1st Street

  • Beginning at 7:00am tomorrow, September 12, 1st Street from Washington to Van Buren Street (section 3) will be closed for construction. Beginning Monday, September 15, 1st from Van Buren Street to Jackson Street (section 4) will be closed. Contractors will work closely with A Kid’s Place to make sure drop-off and pick-up run smoothly throughout the project.
    Street parking will not be permitted until construction has been completed. Residents will be able to access homes in the evening unless otherwise notified. All other traffic will need to find alternative routes of travel. Will we be keeping Facebook and news outlets notified as work progresses and sections begin to open. Multiple Streets

  • Beginning on April 29, 2025, J.H. Rudolph & Co., Inc. will begin work on four Community Crossing Matching Grant streets. The streets will be closed during this time, and we kindly ask the community to use alternative routes. The streets are outlined below.
    19th Street – Chestnut Street to Woodland Drive
    Jackson Street – from 2nd Street to 3rd Street
    Friendship Drive – from 10th Street to 12th Street
    Arjem Street – from 1st Street to 1st Avenue
