Huntingburg, IN – This weekend, Huntingburg, Indiana, kicks off the spooky season with the Haunted Huntingburg Blues Festival featuring live blues bands, food trucks, beverage vendors, inflatables, outdoor movie night, the VIP Lounge, and miniature horses.
The eve of the blues festival starts on Friday, October 10 with the free outdoor movie showing of Tim Burton’s “The Nightmare Before Christmas.” While the song “This is Halloween…” booms through the park, families are encouraged to bring snacks, blankets, and comfy chairs to fully enjoy this haunted experience.

As the blues band, Hog Maw, takes center stage and begins to play, little hooves will begin their echoing descent down the Market Street ramp for the Miniature Horse Halloween Parade.
At 4:30 pm, the Huntingburg Merchants will announce the winners of the costume contest from participating trick-r-treaters. Live blues bands continue to entertain with Carl Rodenburg & Co at 5 pm.
